Amplifi Napa Valley Names Olivia Dodd as Chief Executive Officer

NAPA VALLEY, CA — Amplifi Napa Valley is proud to announce the promotion of Olivia Dodd to Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The decision affirms Dodd’s leadership and her pivotal role in advancing Amplifi’s mission to uplift performing artists and arts organizations throughout Napa County.
Dodd has served as Amplifi’s Executive Director since 2022 and has effectively functioned as CEO for the past two years, guiding the organization through transformational growth, expanding grantmaking efforts, and deepening community engagement. This transition marks a natural evolution for both Dodd and the organization as it embraces a cohort-based model and prepares for long-term sustainability and impact.
“Olivia has led Amplifi with vision, strategy, and care,” said Paul Cantey, Chair of the Amplifi Napa Valley Board of Directors. “This title change reflects the scope of her leadership and the deep trust our board and community have in her. She has been a driving force in building Amplifi’s momentum, and we’re excited for what’s ahead under her continued guidance.”
As CEO, Dodd will continue to oversee Amplifi’s flagship grant programs—Creativos for emerging artists and Iluminadores for arts organizations—while also shaping strategic partnerships, equity-centered outreach, and the organization’s broader creative and cultural initiatives across Napa Valley.
