Huntington Convention Center
Located in downtown Cleveland, the Huntington Convention Center offers spectacular views of Lake Erie and a focus on sustainability. The LEED Gold-certified building features an urban farm and a 14-acre green roof, and every year its Grind2Energy Program converts about 40,000 pounds of food waste to energy. Aside from its ecological initiatives, the venue boasts 225,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space that can be split into three halls, two ballrooms (32,000 and 11,000 square feet, respectively), and 45 meeting rooms. The facility has also earned the Global Biorisk Advisory Council's (GBAC) Star certification, the cleaning industry's premier outbreak preparation, response, and recovery accreditation.

The convention center does not accept advance freight. All materials must be delivered during the designated move-in period.

Full-time employees of exhibitors may unload privately operated vehicles in designated areas using nonmotorized equipment, hand-carry items in and out of the main entrances, and set up their own booths.

Edlen Electrical is the exclusive provider of electrical and plumbing services. PSAV is the preferred in-house provider of union labor and audiovisual services.

Levy Convention Centers is the exclusive caterer.

Wired internet is available at speeds up to 12 Mbps, and wireless service is available up to 10 Mbps. Free Wi-Fi is available in all common areas.

An on-site UPS Store provides printing services for posters, banners, marketing literature, etc.

The Huntington Convention Center accepts clean and usable donations and distributes them to local nonprofits.

Drones are prohibited both indoors and outdoors without prior approval from the venue.

Display vehicles must have their batteries disconnected and a drip pan under the engine. Fuel cannot exceed one-quarter of a tank.

Venue employees may not accept gratuities from exhibitors for any reason.
