The Exhibitor Advocate Issues LVCC Engineering Stamp Guidance for CES and Upcoming Events

12/16/2025

The Exhibitor Advocate is issuing an important new advisory that represents a change from previous engineering stamp guidance at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC).

LVCC is currently requiring Nevada-specific engineering stamps for all double-deck booth structures.

Engineering stamps from other states that may have been accepted in the past no longer meet requirements.

This update is especially critical for CES exhibitors, as well as any exhibitor with an upcoming show at LVCC. If you are planning a double-deck booth, this change could affect approvals, timelines, and costs.

Take Action Now: We strongly recommend contacting your exhibit house/fabrication partner about how this regulation impacts your booth.
