Renasant Convention Center
A recent $200 million renovation transformed the Renasant Convention Center in Memphis, TN, into a state-of-the-art facility. The venue boasts 300,000 square feet of flexible meeting space that features a 118,000-square-foot column-free exhibit hall, the 28,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom, and 46 meeting rooms. High-end finishes, abundant natural light, and an impressive art collection make the convention center as beautiful as it is functional. But what's Memphis without music? The venue is a short stroll (or trolley ride) from the iconic Beale Street full of blues, soul, and rock 'n roll, and a brief cab ride from Graceland. With so much to see and hear, you're sure to find yourself "walking in Memphis."

The Renasant Convention Center has GBAC Star accreditation.

On-site concession kiosks are cashless, accepting only credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.

The Sheraton Memphis Downtown serves as the exclusive food and beverage provider at the facility.

Prestige AV & Creative Services acts as the preferred audiovisual partner and the exclusive provider of rigging services.

RCC personnel are not allowed to lend tools or ladders to any exhibitors or their labor crews.

A minimum of 4-millimeter Visqueen must be placed beneath display vehicles in carpeted areas.

Display vehicles must have their batteries disconnected and no more than a quarter of a tank or five gallons of gas, whichever is less.

All curtains, drapes, decorations, and decorative or construction materials must be flame retardant or noncombustible.

Helium balloons and adhesive-back decals may not be used or distributed in the exhibit halls. Any cost incurred by the RCC for the removal of these items will be charged to the exhibitor.

WHERE TO SLEEP
The 600-room Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel is conveniently connected to the venue via a skyway. For a truly quintessential Memphis stay, check out The Peabody Memphis, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and famed for its resident Mallard ducks that freely roam the lobby.

WHAT TO EAT
Alcenia's offers soul food and is a popular lunch spot. If you are looking to host a low-key group dinner with (arguably) the most famous barbecue in town, check out Charles Vergo's Rendezvous, which is tucked away in a nearby alley. For fine dining with French flair, get a table at the AAA Four-Diamond rated Chez Philippe.

HOW TO GET THERE
The Memphis International Airport is located 12 miles from the RCC. A 15-minute taxi ride will run you around $28, while Uber and Lyft will cost around $20. RCC has about 700 on-site parking spots available for $10 per day for those driving to the venue. For only $1 per ride, getting around downtown is a treat via the Main Street and Riverfront trolley lines that stop at the convention center.
