Eagle Management Group Welcomes Two New Account Managers
8/19/2025
WENONAH, NJ – Eagle Management Group (“Eagle”) is pleased to announce the addition of two new employees.
Eagle Management Group Welcomes Caleb Gebel as Account Manager
Caleb brings a unique and creative background to Eagle, which will be invaluable as the company continues to grow and expand its operations. His role will be multifaceted, providing essential support across various departments and areas within the company.
Caleb’s introduction to the trade show industry came through his brother’s fiancé, Antonia
Nuzzolo, a long-time Eagle team member. Although always a fan of conventions like Comic
Con, CES, and E3, Caleb never realized the scale and complexity involved in bringing these
shows to life until he joined Eagle. Learning about the behind-the-scenes logistics and
execution further deepened his appreciation for the industry. What captivates him most is
the sheer variety the industry offers — every show is a new opportunity to learn about
something different and unexpected.
Caleb began his academic journey through the A+ program at community college before earning a degree in Illustration and Art History from the Kansas City Art Institute. He later received his teaching certificate from the University of Missouri St. Louis. While in school, he worked in garment decoration—screen printing and eventually managing an embroidery department. He then spent five years as a high school art teacher before making the leap into the trade show world.
Caleb’s diverse skill set, adaptability, and hands-on experience make him a valuable addition to the Eagle team. His current role as an account manager has him working across departments, supporting wherever needed and growing into a “jack of all trades” for the company and its clients.
“Caleb’s creative background and openness to tackle any challenge have already made a positive impression on our team,” says Laura Fee, V.P. of Sales and Marketing at Eagle. “His fresh perspective, enthusiasm, and dedication to learning every part of the business make him a strong addition to our company. We’re thrilled to welcome him and look forward to the impact he’ll have as we continue to evolve and grow.”
Eagle Management Group Welcomes Jillian Randles as Account Manager
Eagle Management Group (“Eagle”) is proud to welcome Jillian Randles to its growing team. Jillian brings a thoughtful, grounded perspective to her new role, shaped by years of exposure to the industry and a passion for fast-paced, collaborative work. As she continues her training as an Account Manager, Jillian will contribute across departments by assisting with order creation, estimate preparation, and client communication.
Jillian’s connection to the trade show industry runs deep. Her mother has been a longstanding
member of the Eagle team, giving Jillian a front-row seat to the behind-thescenes
action of live events and logistics since childhood. Observing the energy and variety
of the work le_ a lasting impression, and when the opportunity arose to join Eagle herself,
it felt like a natural progression.
What draws Jillian most to this line of work is the ever-changing nature of the trade show world. Every event presents new challenges and opportunities, and the excitement of adapting on the fly has quickly become one of her favorite aspects of the job. She is currently focused on learning the day-to-day responsibilities of an Account Manager and is quickly building confidence in supporting Eagle’s clients with efficiency and care. Jillian earned her degree in Humanities, with a focus on history and philosophy—an academic path that helped her develop broad, critical thinking skills. While in school, she also worked part-time, juggling coursework and employment. That experience taught her the importance of time management and work-life balance, values she continues to bring into her professional career.
“Jillian’s thoughtful approach and eagerness to learn have already made a strong impression on our team,” says Laura Fee, V.P. of Sales and Marketing at Eagle. “She brings a great mix of curiosity, calm under pressure, and a deep-rooted understanding of our company culture. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to seeing her grow into a key member of our organization.”
