There.App Introduces Mobile-First Platform to Streamline Real-Time Coordination for Event Operations Teams

12/17/2025

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - There.App Co, a San Francisco-based technology company, has introduced a mobile-first coordination platform designed to address the fragmentation plaguing event operations teams working on tradeshow and conference floors.

Event operations teams typically juggle six or more applications to manage coordination-Slack for messages, WhatsApp for updates, Asana or Monday for tasks, Google Drive for files, and texts when everything else fails. This fragmentation leads to wasted time, communication breakdowns, and errors, particularly during high-pressure setup and execution phases across large venues.

"Event professionals everywhere tell the same story," says Seth Kenvin, Founder and CEO of There.App Co. "Teams are juggling too many apps, getting lost in large project notebooks, and chasing down details that may not even be current anymore."

A Purpose-Built Solution
There.App consolidates essential coordination functions into ten lightweight, interconnected modules accessible via iOS, Android, and mobile web. Teams can start using the platform immediately without mandatory downloads.

The platform's distinctive feature is real-time location sharing with privacy controls, enabling team members to quickly locate colleagues and resources across sprawling convention centers. Other modules include venue mapping with one-tap navigation, event schedules, task tracking, file access with cloud integration, and real-time messaging that incorporates information from other modules.

"We're providing the coordination layer that's been missing-one designed specifically for teams working in physical spaces under time pressure," Kenvin notes. "We drew inspiration from wayfinding, efficiently directing users to the right place, literally and figuratively, focusing on what's most important in the moment."

Applications Beyond Tradeshows
While built for tradeshow and conference operations, There.App extends to any professional collaboration in physical spaces, including experiential activations, corporate events, tourism operations, sports coordination, and media production.

Founder and CEO Seth Kenvin brings three decades of Silicon Valley experience in enterprise software, tech finance, and venture capital, with degrees from Cornell University (BS and MS in Engineering) and an MBA from Stanford. His previous company Market7 served media production teams for clients including Google, Johnson & Johnson, and Toyota.
