Sizzle awards
 
Savvy event marketers know it's more effective to go after buyers' hearts than wallets. That's what the sizzle is all about. Not the product, rather the emotion the product invokes. And in the case of this year's four Sizzle Award winners, post-show metrics proved they got attendees feeling some kind of way. The designs featured on the following pages invited show goers to imagine themselves in a sci-fi-like future. Proved to them that their purchasing choices impact the food supply. Fed their love for nostalgia with video games. And paved the way to rippling abs. The activations our judges honored this year not only gave show attendees unforgettable experiences, they hit them right in the feels.

This year's competition was open to trade show exhibit promotions launched between April 5, 2023, and April 4, 2024. Submissions were required to include measurable, numeric objectives and results. An independent panel of multidisciplinary marketing experts scored submissions based on each entry's goals and results, along with each project's level of creativity and innovation.
