In addition, attendees will explore ways to identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality and develop long-term strategies to keep budgets adaptable in a changing event landscape.

By the end of the session, participants will leave with real-world tools and insights to take control of event finances, reduce unnecessary spending, and drive measurable results.
