STEP 1 CLASSROOM TRAINING STEP 2 FINAL EXAM STEP 3 PORTFOLIO
23 required sessions and 7.5 hours of elective sessions embody the classroom training that all enrollees must complete. In order to make education accessible, we offer sessions at the annual EXHIBITORLIVE Conference and online through EXHIBITOR eTrak.
Core Sessions

Four CEUs (Continuing Education Units) are earned upon completion of the 23 required sessions listed below, plus 7.5 hours of electives. Enrollees must take quizzes after each session to receive credit.

Enrollees with 5 or more years of experience have the option of replacing some of the 23 required sessions with approved electives, which are labeled CTSM5. They must request their substitutions using the Substitution Request Form.
